Active Men and Women Needed for Research Study

We are determining the utility of personalized high intensity interval training (HIIT) on changes in aerobic fitness and exercise performance in recreationally active, non-obese men and women ages 18-50 years old.

The study is held in the Human Performance Lab (Academic Hall 115) and includes baseline testing on three days, followed by nine sessions of cycling-based training conducted three days/week over a three-week period, and then post-training measures.

You will be required to maintain your current food intake and physical activity during the study.
