Is someone close to you living with a long-term illness or disability?
Are you helping a loved one with one or more of these tasks?
Shopping, transportation, meal preparation, housework/home repair, managing money, using the phone/ making appointments, supporting them in taking medications, “watching” — keeping an eye on them, walking, eating, getting in and out of bed, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, caring long-distance— helping an elder loved one that is out of state.

Is more of your help and time needed than before? Are you worried about when your loved one will need even more help? We are here for you…
