Feeling stressed?  Need a quiet moment?  Join fellow faculty, staff, and students beginning Tuesday, Aug. 28 through Thursday, Dec 13, for a mindfulness sit. 

Tuesdays noon-12:50 p.m.,  KEL 2110 - Academic Success Center

Wednesdays noon-12:50 p.m.,  MARK 421

Thursdays 5-6 p.m.,  SBSB 4123
