The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is excited to release training and professional development opportunities for Spring/Summer 2017.
OHR's Talent Enrichment Program is designed to enhance employee knowledge and a variety of work and life skills. We appreciate the variety of learning styles of our employees, and have made both online learning and instructor-led courses available to you. There is no cost for you to participate in any of the course offerings. However, we encourage you to consult with your immediate supervisor to determine the appropriate course options that may help enhance your job performance.
The OHR Talent Enrichment Program will continue to focus its efforts on the development of supervisors and managers via a Leadership Lab program with courses focused on leadership development.

All instructor-led courses require registration. Space is limited, and workshops are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to register to save your spot and to receive notification in case a workshop is changed or canceled due to low enrollment. How to register:
- To register, please visit the Employee Training Center (ETC) at www.csusm.edu/etc:
- Click on “Skillport Login” button and log on using your campus ID and password
- Enter Course ID (obtain from course catalog) in the search box located on the top-right hand corner
- Click on “Details”
- Click on “Enroll”
