Report to the Community Traffic Congestion/Delays

Starting Saturday, Jan. 28 through Saturday, Feb. 4, portions of Lot N will be closed in preparation for the President’s Report to the Community. Access to the permit machine will be available.

On Thursday, Feb. 2 the President’s Report to the Community will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. With more than 550 guests expected on campus, there may be traffic congestion and possible delays, particularly at the Barham Drive/Campus Way entrance. Additionally, the entrance to the parking structure will be closed from 8:45 to 9:30 a.m. to expedite the departure of those attending the event.

If you are arriving to campus between 8:45 and 9:30 a.m., you are strongly encouraged to use the Craven Drive entrance and to park in lots B, C or F.
