Settling into College Life: CSUSM Students Move into University Village Apartments

On Saturday, August 27, the doors at University Village Apartments at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) will open to more than 600 students, as family and friends help move students into their resident halls beginning at 8 a.m.Fifty student volunteers will be on hand to help welcome and move new residents in. Also, in an effort to help students acclimate to campus life and get to know one another, activities have been planned for the weekend including a Welcome Night BBQ on Saturday along with the university’s first ever Glow in the Dark campus scavenger hunt.Classes at Cal State San Marcos begin on Monday, August 29.The University Village Apartments are located at 305 Campus View Drive, San Marcos.About California State University San MarcosCalifornia State University San Marcos combines the ambiance of a mid-sized, personal, modern campus with the unequaled value of the California State University.
