Festival Serves Up Support for Business Students
By Christine Vaughan
On Saturday, Oct. 4 from 3 to 6 p.m., the College of Business Administration will host its fifth annual Taste for Student Success, a lively festival inviting supporters and community members to sample gourmet cuisine, wines and brews in an unforgettable, open-air gathering at CSUSM.
Proceeds from the privately sponsored fundraiser, formerly named the Wine, Food and Brew Festival, benefit the College of Business Administration and its more than 2,300 students with academic enrichment opportunities.
More than 20 area-wineries, breweries and restaurants will offer generous and tantalizing tastes of fine wine, craft beers and sweet and savory cuisine. The 21-and-up event is held on the university’s Markstein Plaza. At the festival, guests can also browse and bid on unique and popular items in a silent auction and enjoy live entertainment.
Tickets include parking, event admission, tastes from all participating restaurants and 10 pours from our wineries and breweries. Buy your tickets today...
