World Renowned Irish Dancer to Perform at CSUSM

California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) welcomes internationally renowned Irish dancer Kieran Jordan to the university stage for a special concert on Tuesday, May 31 at 7:30 p.m., accompanied by two of San Diego’s finest Irish musicians, Ben Power and Pete Polansky.With more than 25 years of dance experience, Kieran’s unique approach to the dance marries deep-rooted traditions with contemporary innovations. Winner of an Artist Fellowship from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, she is a dedicated artist and entrepreneurial spirit with boundless enthusiasm for Irish dance.Hosted in the university’s Arts Building, room 111, the special evening concert is sponsored by the Celtic Music Society of San Diego, Cal State San Marcos, and Pride of Erin Céilí Dancers.
