Frank the Facility Dog will be available three times a week throughout the fall semester to support the Cal State San Marcos campus community.

Frank is a goldendoodle who’s the university’s first therapy and facility dog. Frank partners with students, faculty, staff and campus programs to create meaningful moments of connection – whether supporting mindfulness practices, helping students navigate stressful moments, visiting classrooms and campus events, or simply providing a welcoming place to pause and reset.

Frank is available on Mondays from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in front of Kellogg Library, on Tuesdays from noon- 1 p.m. at the Veterans Center and Thursdays from 11: 45 a.m.-1 p.m. on the third floor of the library.

He is here for you to de-stress, so come visit him when you need a boost, have an exam or are just dealing with the stressors of life.

You can learn more about Frank at the Mindful CSUSM website or follow him on Instagram and TikTok.
