Panetta Congressional Internship Info Sessions, Feb. 8 and 13
The Panetta Congressional internship opportunity is open to all majors.This all-expense-paid internship opportunity is designed for student leaders with a strong academic record and a commitment to public service.
Every fall selected students spend an intensive two-week training course on the working of the U.S. Congress before going to Washington, D.C. for 11 weeks of service to a California member of the U.S. House of Representatives. While in Washington they attend special seminars with government leaders, journalists and policy experts
Information sessions for the 2018 Panetta Internship will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8 and Tuesday, Feb. 13 in the Student Life & Leadership Conference Room (USU 3600).
Applications must be submitted by 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 19 to Dr. Chavez Metoyer in Community Engagement (CRV 6100).
