Campus Survey Invitation - $300 Opportunity Drawing

Dr. Kim Pulvers is conducting a brief, online survey for all students and employees about their experience with a recent campus health initiative. Participants will be entered into an opportunity drawing for their choice of a $300 Amazon gift card, i-Pad mini or Beats by Dre headphones.
