CSUEU Postcard Signing Party on May 26

Join the CSU Employees Union on Thursday, May 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the CSUEU office (Academic Hall 103) to write a postcard to our local assembly members as we seek their support to fund our salary study results.

Haven't heard what the salary study results were? Simply put:

• Wages are stagnant.
• New hire salaries match that of senior staff.
• Staff salaries are, on average, 12% behind the market rate.

The study recommends a nine-step salary system to help support wage growth and a living wage for staff. Our greatest tool is to share our CSU worker stories with legislators to drive home our message: Fund the Salary Study, Fund Our Future!

Bring yourself and a friend to our table located at the CSUEU office. We have a goal to send 500 postcards from our campus to our local lawmakers and, with your help, we can meet this goal. Also, it's not just staff we need to share their stories and show their support; faculty and students are welcome, too!
