Priority Event Scheduling Deadline Reminder

Please be sure to submit your fall 2023 event requests in 25Live prior to faculty and staff leaving for summer break. Requests submitted after the Aug. 1 priority scheduling deadline will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The quantity of existing reservations as well as staffing levels are key considerations in the review process.

These annual deadlines are in place to ensure that campus event reservations are equitable for the campus community and entered into 25Live by a specific deadline before each semester.
