Active Men and Women Are Needed for Interval Training Study
Active men and women ages 18-45 years old are needed to complete a high-intensity interval training study in the Dept. of Kinesiology. Baseline tests of aerobic fitness and performance are followed by nine days of cycling-based interval training, with training held three days per week, for 30 minutes per day. All sessions are held in the Human Performance Lab, Academic Hall 113.
