All People's Luncheon, Oct. 25

Please join the Office of Diversity, Educational Equity, Inclusion and Ombud Services in the celebration of the annual All People's Luncheon (APL).

The APL is an opportunity to celebrate and reflect upon our commitment to diversity and social justice. During the celebration President Haynes will announce the second recipient of the President’s Student Champion Award for Inclusive Excellence and Diversity.

In honor of this year's theme, "Pursuing Peace," we are thrilled to announce that Tasreen Khamisa and Ples Felix from the Tariq Khamisa Foundation (TKF) are the keynote speakers. TKF is a foundation dedicated to stopping youth violence. The foundation educates and inspires children in the restorative principles of accountability, compassion, forgiveness, peacemaking and support for safer schools and communities.
