Classes run from February 5 - April 27.

  • Mon/Wed 7:30-8:20am - Morning Yoga
  • Tue/Thu 7:30-8:20am - Abs&Arms/Abs&Legs
  • Mon/Wed 12:10-1pm - Cardio Muscle Camp
  • Tue/Thu 12:10-1pm - Mid-Day Yoga
  • Mon/Fri 12:10-1pm - Cycling at the UVA*
  • Tue/Thu 4-4:50pm - Circuit Training
  • Tue/Thu 5-5:50pm - Kickboxing
  • Mon 5-5:50pm - Samba
  • Wed 5-5:50pm - Capoeira
  • Mon 6-6:50pm - PiYO
  • Tue 6-6:50pm - Muay Thai
  • Wed 6-6:50pm - CORE DE FORCE
  • Thu 6-6:50pm - Zumba
  • Mon/Wed 6-6:50pm - Evening Yoga at the QUAD*

All classes are held in CFH 113 unless otherwise noted.
Classes are free to all faculty and Staff with a Clark Field House membership.
