- Tue/Thu 12:10-1pm - Mid-Day Yoga
- Mon/Fri 12:10-1pm - Cycling at the UVA*
- Tue/Thu 4-4:50pm - Circuit Training
- Tue/Thu 5-5:50pm - Kickboxing
- Mon 5-5:50pm - Samba
- Wed 5-5:50pm - Capoeira
- Mon 6-6:50pm - PiYO
- Tue 6-6:50pm - Muay Thai
- Wed 6-6:50pm - CORE DE FORCE

All classes are held in CFH 113 unless otherwise noted.
Classes are free to all faculty and Staff with a Clark Field House membership.
