Campus Recreation Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness classes start on Monday, Feb. 6. All classes will require a Clarke Field House membership and can be purchased at the Clarke Field House (CFH) Information Desk if you do not already have one. The majority of classes will end April 28, with some extending to May 12.

Monday:

  • Morning Stretch and Meditation: 7:30–8:20 a.m. in CFH 113
  • Cycling: 12–12:50 p.m. in UVA C3
  • Kick Boxing: 4-4:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Capoeira: 5–5:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Evening Yoga: 6–6:50 p.m. in Quad Tukwut

Tuesday:

  • Core N’ More: 7:30–8:20 a.m. in CFH 113
  • Mid-Day Yoga: 12–12:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Cardio Kettlebell: 4-4:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Jiu-Jitsu: 5–5:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Zumba: 6–6:50 p.m. in CFH 113

Wednesday:

  • Morning Stretch and Meditation: 7:30–8:20 a.m. in CFH 113
  • Bootcamp: 12–12:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Kick Boxing: 4-4:50 .pm. in CFH 113
  • Capoeira: 5 – 5:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Evening Yoga: 6 – 6:50 p.m. in Quad Tukwut

Thursday:

  • Pilates: 7:30–8:20 a.m. in CFH 113
  • Mid-Day Yoga: 12–12:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Strength Kettlebell: 4-4:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • Jiu-Jitsu: 5–5:50 p.m. in CFH 113
  • U-Jam: 6–6:50 p.m. in CFH 113

Friday:

  • Cycling: 12–12:50 p.m. in UVA C3

Also, Campus Recreation is sponsoring a CSUSM Walk and Talk Fitness Series. It will be held Monday–Friday starting at 12 p.m. at the Cesar Chavez statue at the top of the stairs. We will be walking around our beautiful campus for 20-30 minutes, weather permitting. A personal trainer will be available most Wednesday and Friday sessions to help answer any questions.
