Campus-Wide Phone Change

Telephone Services has started the migration to a new campus phone system. This phased project will be completed over the next three years. In order to minimize the impact, we must make some changes to the functionality of our existing phone system. Starting June 17, we will start displaying the name of outside callers. We are also changing the format of the campus caller name from "SMITH, JOHN', to "John Smith." This reflects the new standard naming convention of our new system.
