Catastrophic Leave Request

A CSUSM employee is in need of catastrophic leave donations. We invite you to send your catastrophic leave donations directly to Payroll Services. You may download a Catastrophic Leave donation form at website address:

Catastrophic leave regulations permit donations of sick leave and vacation hours for this type of request.

NOTE: A maximum of 40 hours per fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) may be donated by Units 3, 4, 6, 8, CSUEU (bargaining units 2, 5, 7 & 9), and MPP and Confidential employees; Unit 1 employees may donate up to a maximum of 16 hours.
