Celebrate Rideshare Week by Carpooling or Using Public Transit

CSUSM is participating in Rideshare Week from Oct. 4-8.

Return to your commute and share the ride by choosing to carpool, vanpool or take transit during Rideshare Week. Enjoy the convenience of ridesharing, get there faster when you use the HOV lane, and reduce your carbon footprint.

It’s easy to share the ride. Explore your choices:

• Get PRONTO, the new way to pay for transit. Pay as you go and always get the best possible fares with MTS and NCTD.
• Carpool with a friend or co-worker and get reserved parking. Reserved carpool parking spaces are available in Parking Structure 1, Lot C, Lot F and Lot E (faculty and staff only).
• Vanpool in style! Commute with Enterprise has recent-model SUVs and vans. Remember, all vanpools get SANDAG’s $400 monthly subsidy.
• Take the pledge! California Clean Air Day is Oct. 6. Share the ride to reduce pollution.
