DocuSign to Adobe Sign Electronic Signature Transition

A campus notification regarding this transition was sent on Oct. 7, as our campus prepares to move our electronic signature platform from DocuSign to Adobe Sign. IITS has been working with campus DocuSignform stakeholders to transition their forms and templates to Adobe Sign as quickly as possible.

Action required: Please be sure to download any DocuSigndocuments you would like to retain prior to Oct. 31. IITS strongly recommends you do not delay because you will not have access to your documents beyond that date.

If a DocuSign document has been completed, an email was sent to users who signed the document as well as the sending account. Please log in to DocuSign to download any missing documents you want to retain. For those who have any personally identifiable information (PII) documents, please handle accordingly. Also, unless absolutely necessary, please do not send any additional DocuSign transactions. All DocuSigntransactions must be completed by Oct. 31. If not, you will need to resubmit with Adobe Sign.

Adobe Sign timetable: We understand everyone is eager to begin using Adobe Sign. We thank you for your patience and will grant you access soon.

Adobe is working with us to ensure that the user experience is on par with the DocuSign experience, but we are aware that there are some areas that need improvement. We continue to work with Adobe to minimize the differences and make the transition as smooth as possible.
