Author Ed Jenks to Speak About Managing and Working With Millennials
San Marcos, CA – Author and consultant Ed Jenks will speak about the challenges of working with millennials – and how to harness their unlimited potential – as part of Cal State San Marcos’ Center for Leadership, Innovation, and Mentorship Building (CLIMB) seminar series.
The event is from 7:30-9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 1 at CSUSM’s McMahan House. It is free and open to the public, but attendees are asked to register online in advance. A complimentary light breakfast and coffee will be served.
Jenks is senior consultant and chief strategist of The Jenks Group, Inc., and author of “CEO Point Blank: Straight Talk for CEOs, Business Owners, and Entrepreneurs.” Jenks’ presentation, “Leading the Next Generation: Strategies for Success,” will share best practices for managing the youngest generation in the workplace.
CLIMB was established by CSUSM’s College of Business Administration in 2004 to serve the leadership development needs of the surrounding community.
