Exchange of Faculty and Staff Long-Term Permits
Parking and Commuter Services will be exchanging the current long-term faculty/staff permits, which are expiring December 31, 2016, with the new long-term permit. Bring a photo ID and your current long-term permit to the parking office located in the University Police building on the dates and times listed below.
VEHICLE INFORMATION REQUIRED
Go to http://www.csusm.edu/parking/forms/LTApplication.exp2018.pdf for the long-term permit application. Completely fill out the form, print and sign prior to coming in to the parking office.

When exchanging your permit on the days indicated, park in Lots E, H, K or any faculty/staff spaces in the various parking lots and in the parking structure (PS1). For more information, call the Parking and Commuter Services office at 760-750-7500.
