Fall 2009 Frontiers of Science Schedule With the new fall semester at Cal State San Marcos (CSUSM) comes another series of seminars exploring the frontiers of science. These seminars are intended to introduce audiences from all disciplines and academic levels to the beauty and fun of scholarly pursuits in the natural and physical science disciplines.This semester, seminar topics range from biophysics to astronomy, mining, and fusion energy. The first seminar of the semester will feature three CSUSM undergraduate students who will speak about their summer research experiences.All seminars will be held from Noon to 1:00 p.m. in Science Hall 2, room 242, and will include refreshments.
