Group Fitness Classes Beginning Sep. 12

Starting Monday, Sep. 12, Campus Recreation will be hosting fitness classes for the CSUSM community. Classes are free for all fee paying students and Clarke Field House faculty/staff members. Fitness classes will be held in the Clarke Field House, unless otherwise noted by the respective class. The schedules for fall semester is as follows:

Monday:
Morning Yoga: 7:10-8am
Cycling (UVA C3): 12:10-1pm
Bootcamp: 4-4:50pm
Capoeira: 5-5:50pm
Evening Yoga (Quad Tukwut): 6-6:50pm

Tuesday:
Pilates: 7:10-8am
Mid-Day Yoga: 12:10-1pm
Cardio Kettlebell: 4-4:50pm
Jiu-Jitsu: 5-5:50pm
Zumba: 6-6:50pm
Cycling (UVA C3): 6-6:50pm

Wednesday:
Morning Yoga: 7:10-8am
Cycling (UVA C3): 11:00-11:50am
Core N’ More: 12:10-1pm
Circuit Training: 4-4:50pm
Capoeira: 5-5:50pm
Evening Yoga (Quad Tukwut): 6-6:50pm

Thursday:
Core N’ More 7:10-8am
Mid-Day Yoga: 12:10-1pm
Strength Kettlebell: 4-4:50pm
Jiu-Jitsu: 5-5:50pm
U-Jam: 6-6:50pm

Friday:
Cycling (UVA C3): 12:10-1pm
