Hiring Student Assistant? Read Our New Process

The CSUSM Career Center is excited to announce our upcoming transition to Handshake - a modern platform for college recruiting. Handshake will replace our current system, CougarJOBS, and offer your team many great new features including a mobile experience - update your job postings, view applicants and more - all while on the go using Handshake's responsive design.

In the coming weeks, you will be receiving an invitation from Handshake inviting you to create an account. Signing up is easy and takes less than five minutes. Students will have access to apply for your positions currently posted in CougarJOBS until June 26, 2018. After this date, you will need to repost your position in Handshake.

To prepare for this change, please make a backup copy of any job postings, documentation or information that you have in CougarJOBS by June 30, 2018. After June 30, 2018, you will no longer have access to your CougarJOBS account, nor will the Career Center have access to any data or applications.
