Mindfulness Weekly Sits
MindfulCSUSM is offering weekly mindfulness sessions two times each week, beginning February 1.
Mindfulness practices can help lower stress levels, reduce emotional reactivity and increase focused attention. Marie Thomas and Ranjeeta Basu will host sessions from 5 to 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays in the 4th floor SBSB Faculty and Staff Lounge.
Fritz Kreisler and Jennifer Jeffries will host sessions from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m. on Wednesdays in Kellogg 3012.
