Mindfulness Exercises - Facilitator Training

Mindful exercises, presented by Professor Emily Merryweather, will offer free training to cope with any difficulties and obtain piece of mind.

The following workshops will be held on Tuesdays from 9 to 11 a.m. in SBSB Conference Room 2217 on the following dates: February 27, March 6 and March 13.
