- Tuesdays from 12 to 12:50 p.m. in the Academic Success Center, Kellogg 2116
- Tuesdays from 5 to 5:30 p.m. in SBSB 4123
- Wednesdays from 12 to 12:50 p.m. in Kellogg 3012
The Mindfulness Sits will start on Tuesday, Feb. 13 and complete on May 16.
No registration or committed obligations necessary. Come as often as you can.
