Mindfulness Weekly Sits
MindfulCSUSM is offering weekly mindfulness sessions two times each week, beginning September 14.
Mindfulness practices can help lower stress levels, reduce emotional reactivity and increase focused attention. Marie Thomas and Ranjeeta Basu will host a 4 to 5 p.m. session in SBSB Faculty and Staff Lounge. Fritz Kreisler and Jennifer Jeffries will host will host a 12 to 12:45 p.m. session in Kellogg 3012. All sessions take place on Wednesdays.
