NCHEA Tri-Campus Student Success Conference

All of us, whether faculty, custodians, counselors, or staff, have the power to change lives. How do we help our students be directed, focused, engaged, nurtured, connected, and valued? At this NCHEA Tri-Campus Student Success Conference, we will begin a shared dialogue about how our 3 campuses (Palomar, MiraCosta, and CSUSM) working together can support student success through the 6 success factors: directed, focused, engaged, nurtured, connected, and valued. Dr. Darla Cooper from the RP Group will take us on a guided journey to understanding how we support student success in our classrooms, offices, departments, and institutions. This NCHEA conference is intended for ALL employees of the 3 colleges.
