New MTS Regional Monthly Transit Pass Available

Parking and Commuter Services is excited to announce that the MTS adult regional monthly transit pass will be offered to students and faculty/staff for $65 starting on Thursday, Oct. 25.

The Sprinter/Breeze transit pass will continue to be sold for $40; this pass is available only to CSUSM students.

Both transit passes will be available for purchase from the 25th of the previous month to the 15th of the month desired for. Both the MTS adult regional monthly transit pass and the Sprinter/Breeze transit pass will be activated on a calendar month basis (1st of the month through the last day of the month). A validated CSUSM ID card is required when purchasing either pass.

The NCTD adult Sprinter/Breeze pass ($40, available to students only) is valid on the NCTD Sprinter and NCTD Breeze.

The MTS adult regional monthly pass ($65, available to students and faculty/staff) is valid on MTS Trolley, MTS Bus/Express, MTS Rapid (excludes Rapid Express 280 and 290), NCTD Sprinter and NCTD Breeze. It's not valid on the Coaster.
