Online Pay Stub Is Now Available in PeopleSoft

The Payroll Department is excited to announce that all staff and faculty employees are now able to view current and prior pay stubs online through self-service in PeopleSoft. Student employee access is being developed and will be available in the future.

Staff and Faculty should use the following navigation to access pay stubs online.

Go To: https://my.csusm.edu/

Enter your UserID and Password

On the Main Portal Page under My Human Resources, click on: View My Paycheck

The most recent paychecks that have been loaded into our database include payments made on or before August 1, 2017. Your most recent pay stub will automatically load on your screen. A summary of your earnings, deductions and employer paid contributions are displayed.

• To view another pay stub, click on the link near the top right side of the page:
  View a Different Paycheck
  A list of pay stubs will appear and you can click on any of them to view and/or print the detailed pay stub.

At the end of each month, pay stubs will be uploaded into PeopleSoft and should be accessible for you to view online within five business days after the month has closed. The system will continue to store your historical pay stubs, which you can access online 24/7. If you have any questions, please contact Payroll Services at (760) 750-4421.
