Payroll In-Person and Virtual Office Hours

In-Person Office Hours 

To increase accessibility and provide additional support to our campus community, Payroll Services is offering in-person office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Dedicated in-person office hours will be available as follows: 
Tuesdays and Thursdays 
9 a.m.-4 p.m. 
Craven Hall 4600M 

Holiday Office Hours: In-person office hours will not be available during Thanksgiving week or Winter Break, including Quiet Days. 

Virtual Office Hours 

In addition to in-person office hours, Payroll will continue to be available virtually. You may book a virtual appointment with your payroll technician Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., by visiting the Booking Link (https://bookings.cloud.microsoft/book/PayrollHRISServices@csusm.onmicrosoft.com/s/03BvG2mlokuJ_h7GCI0ZlQ2?login_hint&ismsaljsauthenabled=true) to schedule a virtual appointment. 

Whenever possible, we encourage you to schedule appointments with your assigned Payroll technician, as your assigned technician is most familiar with your payroll information. You may use the Payroll Technician Lookup (https://www.csusm.edu/payroll/deptassignments.html) to find your assigned payroll technician.
