Planning, Design and Construction Fiscal Year End Notice of Cut-Off Dates:

Small Projects:

• April 06: Small Project Approval Form (SPAF) must be approved by all departments, all signatures obtained, and returned completed to PDC. Small Projects approved after this date will take place in the next fiscal year.

Campus Moves:

Due to fiscal year end requirements and lead times related to furniture orders for this program, the following cut-off dates will apply to all Campus Move requests.

• March 09: New furniture orders or new orders from outside vendors received after this date will be accommodated after July 01, 2018.

Only Move requests for reconfigurations with existing or surplus furniture after this date.

• April 13: Move requests for reconfigurations of modular furniture received after this date while be accommodated after July 01, 2018.

Only Move requests with existing non-modular furniture after this date.

• • May 04: New Move requests submitted after this date while be accommodated after July 01, 2018.

Only completion of existing Moves until after July 01, 2018.
