Search Committee Training Now Available

The Office of Inclusive Excellence offers Search Committee Training that may help diversify pools and eliminate biases in the faculty and staff recruitment process. With training it is more likely that exceptional and diverse candidates will be identified, selected for offers, and recruited. Department heads, chairs of search committees, search committee members, and other faculty members are encouraged to attend one of the training sessions, regardless of current search status.
