Student Outreach and Referral and Cougar Care Network Have Merged

Effective Fall 2019, all members of the campus community (students, faculty, staff, etc.) can refer students to Cougar Care Network (CCN). The same services, advocacy and support that have been offered by SOAR remain and will now be folded into CCN. As CCN has been primarily for faculty and staff to refer students for early support, students may also continue to refer themselves or their peers for assistance with navigating any barriers to their education.

We request that any departments with websites referencing SOAR update to the following information:
