Running from Oct. 8-12, CSUSM’s annual Sustainability Week showcases the key achievements, pioneering research and collective efforts students, faculty and staff are doing to instill sustainability principles on campus and in the community. Enjoy a variety of fresh, locally produced, healthful produce including San Diego grown fruit, vegetables, eggs, honey as well as live entertainment, demonstrations, food trucks, family-friendly activities and local artisan vendors.“Bike to Breakfast”7:30 a.m. | Meet at Park N Ride at Woodland Parkway and Barham Drive in San MarcosEnjoy a morning ride to CSUSM with your fellow cyclists. The ride will start promptly at 7:30 a.m. from the Park N Ride at Woodland Parkway and Barham Drive in San Marcos. All cyclists (on the group or riding separately to campus) will receive a “breakfast ticket” redeemable for brown bag breakfast served on University Plaza from 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. or until food runs out! Breakfast is sponsored by SODEXO.
