Traffic Congestion/Delays- Report to the Community
Starting Saturday, Feb. 2 through Saturday, Feb. 9, portions of lot N will be closed in preparation for the President’s Report to the Community. Access to the permit machine will be available.
On Thursday, Feb. 7, the President’s Report to the Community will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. With more than 600 guests expected on campus, there may be traffic congestion and possible delays, particularly at the Barham Drive/Campus Way entrance. Additionally, the entrance to the parking structure will be closed from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. to expedite the departure of those attending the event.
If you are arriving to campus between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., you are strongly encouraged to use the Craven Drive entrance and to park in lots B, C or F. Any questions, please call Event and Conference Services at x 8800.
