Vegan or Vegetarian Athletes Needed for Study
If you are a vegan/vegetarian who has followed the lifestyle for at least one year, completed strength or functional training (i.e. CrossFit) at least three-times per week during the last six months, and between the ages of 18-40 years old, you may be eligible to participate. A Kinesiology graduate student is conducting their master's thesis on differences in body composition, strength, and power between omnivore, vegan, and vegetarian athletes. Participants in the study will receive free information on their body composition, strength, and diet.
