Bruce Smail is currently the Director of the Cross-Cultural Center at University of California Davis. Prior to that position Bruce Smail served as Executive Director of the MOCHA Center, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Islands Community AIDS Resource & Education, Inc., Director of Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Resource Center at the University of Colorado Boulder, Diversity Education Specialist for the Division of Residential Programs & Services at Indiana University Bloomington, Assistant Coordinator for the Division of Residential Programs & Services at Indiana University Bloomington, Graduate Assistant for Higher Education and Student Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington, Director of Multicultural Affairs at Southwestern University, Director of Black Student Services at Colorado State University Fort Collins, Coordinator for Minority Affairs Programs and Services at Boston University, and Graduate Assistant for Residence Programming at The College of New Jersey.
Bruce Smail holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling & Personnel Services and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of New Jersey.

Diane LeGree is currently the Dean of Student Affairs for University of California San Diego’s Sixth College. Prior to that position Diane LeGree has served as Director of Student Life at University of California Riverside, Director of Campus Activities and First Year Experiences at University of California Riverside, Assistant Director for Student Orientation and Involvement at University of California Riverside, First Year Experience Coordinator at University of California Irvine, and Coordinator of Student Development for Housing and Residential Life at California Polytechnic State University, San Louis Obispo.
Diane LeGree holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Education with an emphasis in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Claremont Graduate University, a Master of Education degree in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Western Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of California Davis.

Gail Cole-Avent is currently the Executive Director of Student Life and Assessment for Student Affairs at the University of Miami. Prior to that position Gail Cole-Avent served as Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs and University Ombudsperson at the University of Miami, Doctoral Intern for the Department of University Housing and Department of Counseling and Human Development Services at the University of Georgia, Residence Hall Director at the University of Connecticut, Regional Director of U.S. Chapter Development for Golden Key International Honour Society, and Graduate Assistant with the Dean of Students Office at University of California Los Angeles.
Gail Cole-Avent holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Education with emphasis in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from the University of Georgia, a Master of Education degree in Counseling in Student Affairs from the University of California Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
