Department of Civic Engagement to Host Voting Events

The Department of Civic Engagement is hosting several opportunities for students leading up to Election Day on Nov. 3.

Upcoming civic engagement events include:

• Oct. 7: National Voter Education Week Ballot Prep Party, noon-2 p.m., USU 2310 Meeting Rooms
• Oct. 13: Voter Registration Tabling, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Kellogg Plaza
• Oct. 20: Voter Registration Tabling, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Kellogg Plaza
• Oct. 27: Voter Registration Tabling, 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m., USU Arcade

The Department of Civic Engagement provides opportunities for students to develop civic knowledge and participate in democratic engagement.

Students gain confidence through initiatives such as Democracy in Action, Speaking of Democracy, Days of Service, Voting Engagement and the Town Hall Meeting.
