Scenes From the First Day of Classes

Campus roared back to life on Monday as students returned to Cal State San Marcos en masse for the first day of classes in the 2023-24 academic year.
More than 16,000 students enrolled for the start of the fall semester. Included in that total is 2,766 first-year students, marking the largest first-year class in CSUSM history.
